Saints of Mokha is a family-run specialty coffee roastery, café, barista training school and small bookshop in Leicester, England, founded in 2016. Its name honours Ali Ben Omar, a Sufi saint from the Yemeni port city of Mokha traditionally credited with discovering coffee's stimulating properties. The business roasts on-site using Mahlkönig and Slayer equipment and sources single-origin coffee directly from producers across Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Indonesia, China and Yemen.
