About this coffee
Farmers 16: a washed Pink Bourbon from Willyan Rojas's Finca La Montañita in Huila, which he started in the mid-90s and turned to specialty in the late 2000s after visiting farms across Colombia's coffee regions. He works with Caravela Coffee's PECA programme. Fresh and lively: passion fruit, crisp pomelo and heady jasmine and lilac florals. Currently sold out.
