About this coffee
Johan & Nyström's decaf, which they reckon may be the best you have tasted: soft, with butterscotch, fresh apple and warm spice. Grown by La Serrania, 50 smallholders in Huila who each process their own coffee before it is pooled and decaffeinated. Roasted on a long profile, stretching every phase for a smooth, full cup.
