About this coffee
From the Plano plot of Elida Estate, founded in 1918 and half inside Volcán Barú National Park; an Elida washed Gesha won Best of Panama 2026. Pulped the evening of harvest, given one rotational ASD fermentation, then dried slowly in a dark room. Plano's deeper soils give a rounder, creamier washed Gesha.
