About this coffee
A rarity: an Excelsa-type coffee (neither Arabica nor Robusta) from Pranoy Thipaiah's Kerehaklu Estate in Chikmagalur. Only 4 kg grew in the last harvest, and Untitled roasted 2 kg of it together with Pranoy, so very few bags exist. Anoxic washed. Brewed around 88°C it is surprisingly soft and complex, with yellow fruit, lychee and mangosteen and a sweet, fermented-tobacco aroma. Sticker edited by Stuart Ritson.
