Mit THE SNOOZING BREW bringen wir unseren ersten entkoffinierten Kaffee auf dem Markt. In Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia in Kolumbien auf der La Secreta Farm angebaut, besteht dieser Decaf aus den magischen 3 C's (Castillo, Caturra, Colombia) als Varietäten-Blend. Zunächst wurden die Kirschen als regulärer Washed aufbereitet, und anschließend im EA Sugar Cane verfahren entkoffiniert. Daraus ist ein EA Sugar Cane Decaf Washed entstanden, der nicht wie ein Decaf schmeckt, sondern unserem THE HOLY BEANS
