Mit THE BOURBON SNIFFER präsentieren wir eines unserer bisher spannendsten Projekte – einen Kaffee, bei dem wir selbst die Rolle des Experimentierenden übernommen haben. Im März dieses Jahres stellten wir uns eine einfache Frage: Warum sollten ausschließlich Farmer und Produzenten mit Reifungsprozessen experimentieren? Also machten wir uns auf die Suche nach einem bereits belegten Whiskeyfass und fanden ein Finishing-Fass eines Islay Single Malts . Für dieses Projekt wählten wir einen Washed Kaf
