About this coffee
From Joe and Mild at Srima9 Farm in Chiang Rai, who co-fermented this Bourbon, Typica and Catimor lot with peaches they grow and dehydrate themselves, all processed on the farm. Ripe peach and sweet fruit-candy notes with a syrupy, juicy texture: an endless late-summer evening, and excellent as cold brew.
