Angebaut in Caldas, Tolima (Kolumbien) auf der El Vergel Estate Farm , basiert dieser Kaffee auf einem Blend aus Castillo, Caturra und Colombia. Das Besondere: Bevor der Kaffee schonend im EA Sugar Cane Verfahren entkoffeiniert wurde, durchlief er eine Honey Co-Fermentation mit Erdbeeren – und genau das hebt ihn auf ein ganz neues Level.
