The second coffee The Holy Cross buys direct this year from the Hartmann family, whom the team met at World of Coffee in Brussels: a natural Yellow Maragogype from Finca Hartmann in Santa Clara. Blackberry and dark cherry with an intense, candy-like sweetness and a light, floral body reminiscent of coffee-blossom tea; for filter or espresso.
