About this coffee
A long-running collaboration with Kofio: washed Ethiopian coffee from Beshasha in Agaro, Jimma, rested for several days in a barrel bought from a Czech whiskey producer that had previously aged Jack Daniel's in Tennessee. Caramel, chocolate and forest fruit with a whiskey finish that grows as the cup cools — no actual alcohol. Works as filter or espresso. Source: kofio.cz
