An espresso blend created in early 2024 to sit a price step below the core range. Modelled on the Mondiale and made from "regionals" (mixes from several farms in one region): for classic espresso drinkers who want body, crema and cocoa rather than acidity. Recipe: 19.5 g in, 40 g out, 28 seconds.
