About this coffee
Oscar and Francisca Chacón run their farm in the third generation and joined Costa Rica's "micromill revolution" in 2005, building their own mill to control quality. When an earthquake in 2008 cut power and water mid-harvest, Francisca built raised beds on the spot; they have since become pioneers of the country's honey and natural processing.
