About this coffee
From Capim Branco, farmed by the Andrade family since 1901 and among Brazil's oldest. Brothers Ismael and Eduardo Andrade have won several Cup of Excellence awards, including first place in the natural category in 2018; Rösttrommel has known Ismael personally since 2018. Recipe: 18.5 g in, 40-43 g out, 28-30 seconds at 93 °C.
