About this coffee
From Fazenda São Paulo, founded in the early 1980s and now 800 hectares of coffee in Campo das Vertentes. Mostly machine-harvested, then dried in the cherry on paved patios in near single-bean layers before finishing in rotating dryers at 35–40°C for an even curve. Full and creamy. SCA 84.
