About this coffee
Grown in the shade of enset by smallholders around Chelbesa in the Gedeb woreda and processed at an Ephtah-run washing station. The best cherries are floated, pulped and fermented in tanks without water, then dried 10–15 days on raised beds. Ephtah builds long-term supply chains and highlights women's role in coffee. Light and juicy. CVA 86.25.
