About this coffee
From Fazenda Samambaia, in the Cambraia family for over a century; fourth-generation grower Henrique Dias Cambraia turned it to specialty and co-founded the Sancoffee export cooperative. Cherries ferment about five days in valved, airtight barrels while temperature and pH are tracked, then dry on raised beds. Sweet and fruity. SCA 85.
