About this coffee
A fiery French roast from the Kafferosteriet Göteborg line (Brazil Fazenda IP, Colombia Finca La Sierra, Indian Kappi Royal robusta), roasted until the oils come through. Very strong, bittersweet and slightly burnt; made for café au lait.
