About this coffee

Guariroba is a five-generation estate dating to the 19th century, now run by Gabriel Lamounier Vieira and Elisa Paiva Lamounier, who lean into expressive processing. It took 1st place at Cup of Excellence Brazil (Naturals) in 2016 with a 90.5 score, and this anaerobic-natural lot continues that modern, structured, sweet style. Source: dropshot.coffee
