About this coffee
Daymaker is part of Haimoo's Arkipaahto (everyday roast) series, so the bean changes with the season. The current lot is a washed Bourbon and Caturra from northern Peru at 1,800 m: cane sugar first, then caramel, with chocolate underneath. Recommended as filter, by hand on a V60 or in a regular brewer, and it works as espresso too.
