About this coffee
Yunnan's "winey natural": sugar-dense red cherries (16-17 °Brix) ferment cold in sealed tanks down to about 8 °Brix, then dry in the sun with skin and mucilage intact. A coating cup of dried fruit and brown sugar with a barrel-aged-whisky finish.
