From the Ocelot lot of Flying Pumas' Summit Reserve range, beside La Amistad park; two thirds of the farm is kept for conservation. Fermented anaerobically in cherry and again in mucilage before a traditional wash, lifting the fruit while keeping Geisha's subtlety.
