Ozone's first coffee from La Esmeralda in La Coipa, Cajamarca: Kelvin's organic washed Catuai and Marshell, chosen from countless samples. Super smooth and creamy caramel, a gentle plum fruitiness as it cools and a hint of nutmeg.
