About this coffee

From Hertson Bernal, who has owned Finca La Esperanza in Guadalupe, Huila since 2006 after years managing a coffee farm with his brother Jesús. His lots are named after stars — Propus gives its name to all of them — forming a "coffee universe". A fruity, sweet and clean Cenicafé 1 with a 72–95 hour aerobic fermentation. SCA 86.75.
