About this coffee
The filter roast of Sítio Santa Catarina — a five-hectare farm in Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, run by Sebastião Alexandre da Silva, who took it over from his father Benedito and moved the plantings higher for quality. Anaerobic natural: strong, long body, very present sweetness, with raspberry jam, roasted hazelnut and toffee.
