About this coffee
From Tarrazú, home to many of Costa Rica's best farms and micromills; the main farm, Gamboa, has been run for generations and picks only ripe cherries by hand. Deep and mellow, which Alchemist describes as sweet black beans and kuromitsu syrup; superb with Japanese sweets, especially yōkan.
