About this coffee
We had the privilege of visiting Alejo at his farm a few years ago. Although he is a 5th generation coffee farmer, he has modernized the farm with a focus on quality. This yellow honey is a fantastic example of his hard work. Source: thombargen.com (roaster’s own copy).
