Dabei bringt dieser Kaffee wirklich alles mit, um uns zu begeistern. Die Kaffeekirschen werden sehr sorgfältig geerntet, wenn sie den maximalen Reifegrad erreicht haben. Dies geht am besten mit dem selektiven Pflücken von Hand. Danach werden sie entpulpt und in Tanks noch vor Ort kontrolliert fermentiert, um daraufhin behutsam
