About this coffee
Diego Guardia's Hacienda Sonora processes all its coffee as naturals or honeys to save water, runs on its own hydroelectric power and keeps about 35% of the farm as wild forest. Kaffi has bought Sonora's cascara for years; this complex, sweet natural tastes of purple plum, kiwi and lavender.
