About this coffee

A medium-roast Sidamo coffee from Fair Specialty Coffee, a family operation rooted in the Yirgacheffe highlands since the 1990s that expanded into Sidamo and Guji smallholder partnerships under the next generation, Mikiyas Bogale. Clean and nuanced with fruity clarity — apple, white tea, citrus and peach come through most clearly as filter, where the fruit acidity and tea-like character are most pronounced.
