About this coffee
An anaerobic natural Yellow Catuai from third-generation grower Isacio Albir at Agua Sarca in Nueva Segovia. Floated cherries ferment for 96 hours in sealed barrels with temperature and pH tracked throughout, then dry for 30 days on raised beds and patios at Cafetos de Segovia. Strawberry, apricot and cherry with cinnamon and dark chocolate.
