About this coffee
A washed lot from the Doyo cooperative in Mana, Jimma, one of 28 co-ops in the Jimma Farmers Multi-Purpose Agricultural Cooperatives Union. Smallholders grow the 74110 and 74112 selections at 1,900–2,300 m alongside food crops; the cherry is sorted, pulped, fermented, washed and dried on raised beds. Clean and sweet, with orange, honey and caramel.
