About this coffee
A washed Parainema from Finca Santa Isabel in the Las Manos community of Dipilto, Nueva Segovia, farmed by the same family for more than 70 years. Selectively picked cherry is floated, rested for 18 hours, pulped and tank-fermented for 24–36 hours, then dried at Cafetos de Segovia's dry mill. Dark chocolate, gooseberry, liquorice and molasses with a creamy finish.
