About this coffee
A washed Pink Bourbon from Robinson Rivera in Piendamó, central Cauca, where coffee grows on volcanic soil and cool nights at 1,740 m slow the cherries' ripening. In 2016 Robinson founded the Asociación de Caficultores del Centro del Cauca por la Paz (ACC) as an alternative for communities hit by illicit crops and armed conflict; with his family he built a small mill that processes his own and neighbours' cherry, and he trains ACC farmers in harvest, fermentation and drying. Black tea, honey, grape and plum.
