About this coffee
From a 1.1-hectare family farm in the Fagundes Community of Santo Antônio do Amparo. Kalve's third year buying from Arlindo's family, and this year it took the whole harvest of 11 bags. Hand-picked, sorted and dried in the cherry without the wet mill, then finished through the Sancoffee cooperative: clean, with rich chocolate and nut notes and mild acidity. SCA 83.
