PAWQARA — Mujeres Fuertes y Resilientes, "strong and resilient women" — started in 2022 when families in the Chirinos district of Cajamarca, led by Lily Heredia and Neptaly Santos, built a women-run co-op with its own cupping lab so producers could verify quality at delivery.
