Röstkaffee, ganze Bohnen Honduras 18 Conejo Washed Bio Espresso Dunkel Im Jahr 1990 war Elías Samuel Zelaya Siembra mit seiner Kaffeefarm der erste Bio-Kaffeeproduzent in Marcala. Durch sein Engagement trug er maßgeblich zur Entwicklung des ökologischen Landbaus in der Region bei und konnte viele andere Produzenten überzeugen, sich einer nachhaltigen Anbauweise anzuschließen und 2012 konnte schließlich ein Verbund für biodynamischen Landbau gegründet werden. Der Name „18 Conejo“ stammt aus dem Mayakalender und spiegelt das jahrhundertealte kosmologische Wissen der Maya im biodynamischen Landba
