About this coffee

From the same Lalesa farm (Ephtah, est. July 2023) as PRESSCO's Ethiopia Lalesa Natural, but processed anaerobically: cherries ferment nine days in plastic barrels before a 13-18 day dry. Grown under Ensete shade in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe; the ~9,000kg lot is exported via Djibouti. Ephtah also runs childcare and women-farmer support programs. Source: en.pressco.ro.
