Kayon
CHF 15.00

A natural from Kayon Mountain, a 500-hectare farm (300 under coffee) managed since 2012 by Ismael Hassen Aredo's family, with shade trees, its own nursery and community projects. Bronze in the Flat White Dairy category at the 2025 Global Coffee Awards: sweet peach, a malty finish and enough structure for milk.

Kiangoi
Kiangoi
CHF 21.00

From the Fairtrade-certified Kiangoi Factory, run by the Rung'eto Cooperative since the 1960s and fed by about 1,150 smallholders near Embu on Mount Kenya. Hand-sorted, fermented 18-36 hours in concrete tanks, washed and sun-dried 12-20 days on African beds. Sweet, juicy and complex, as good in an AeroPress as in espresso.

La Dinastía
La Dinastía
CHF 35.00

The first harvest (January 2025) of the Lazo brothers' Geisha at Finca La Dinastía, an 18-hectare farm run with soil-analysis precision agriculture by vet-turned-producer Wilder Lazo. Pulped cherries ferment 120 hours in their mucilage under water with fresh lemongrass in sealed tanks. Elegant and sweet: like lemon dessert with milk, intense as espresso, fresh as filter.

Pulse
Pulse
CHF 22.70

From 4 Llamas, founded in Caranavi in 2019 by Andrés Torrico and María Sarabia with local smallholders. Lactic-acid bacteria ferment the coffee without oxygen while sous-vide-inspired vacuum pulses push pulp flavour into the bean. Very sweet and creamy: hot chocolate hot, plum as it warms, jasmine cool.
