About this coffee
The first harvest (January 2025) of the Lazo brothers' Geisha at Finca La Dinastía, an 18-hectare farm run with soil-analysis precision agriculture by vet-turned-producer Wilder Lazo. Pulped cherries ferment 120 hours in their mucilage under water with fresh lemongrass in sealed tanks. Elegant and sweet: like lemon dessert with milk, intense as espresso, fresh as filter.
