About this coffee
A decaf from chemical engineer Wilton Benitez at Granja Paraíso 92: sterilised cherries, 48 hours of oxidation and 68 hours of anaerobic bioreactor fermentation, 48 hours of drying at 38°C, then sugarcane decaffeination. Complex and citrusy, a coffee to convert anyone to decaf.
