About this coffee
From the Virunga region bordering Uganda and Rwanda, home to Virunga National Park. Arabica arrived under Belgian colonisation in the late 1800s; production peaked in the 1970s-80s before declining through 1990s civil war and plant disease, and has seen a recent resurgence.
