From producer Luz Elida Avilez's farm, Los Mangos — ripe cherries hand-picked and floated to remove defects, then fermented whole in sacks for 48 hours before raised-bed drying for 20-25 days. Planadas has flourished as a coffee region since the 2016 peace agreement. Source: redemptionroasters.com
