About this coffee
A collaboration of roughly 85 smallholder farms in the mountains of Cauca growing the Wuchii variety, supported by exporter Siruma through farmer training and quality visits. Cherries are washed, rested, then dried in greenhouse-style dryers for about 10 days, producing a clean, bright cup with orange, black tea and chocolate notes. Source: latorre.fi.
