About this coffee
A Grade 1 Yirgacheffe from Kochere, supplied by Moplaco, the Ethiopian exporter founded in 1971 by Giannis Georgalis and now run by his daughter Heleanna; Mokka has worked with them since 2010. Ripe red cherries are dried whole in the sun, carrying the fruit's sugars and aromatics into the bean: an intensely aromatic, sweet and fruity cup with florals.
