About this coffee

From Santa Felisa, farmed since 1904 near Antigua and facing the Acatenango, Yepocapa and Fuego volcanoes, now run by fourth-generation Anabella and Antonio Meneses, Cup of Excellence winners in 2018. Mokka has bought from them directly since 2014. A Double Soak Red Typica: the cherries sit 18 hours in water, where low oxygen favours lactic bacteria, before pulping and a second 18–24 hour stage. Very sweet and balanced, with hazelnut, praline and milk chocolate.
