Part of Moplaco's Beautiful Series, which separates Yirgacheffe cherries by ripening stage. Orange-stage cherries carry rising fructose and glucose and peak lipids, so this lot pairs higher acidity with growing sweetness: lively, bright and funky. Sold alongside its red-stage twin.
