About this coffee
The filter roast of the Aponte honey lot from the indigenous reserve in Nariño, where ~200 smallholders, many of them honey-process pioneers, farm at 1,700–1,800 m. Slow drying in a cool, stable climate gives a clean structure: full body, present sweetness, gentle acidity — stone fruit, pecan and black tea.
