About this coffee
This month's special from Q Grader James Wogan: Pacamara from Los Papales, the López family's 210-hectare farm on Cerro Chimborazo, farmed for agro-ecology and processed entirely on site with its own wet and dry mills. Complex, with bright acidity, a creamy body and a sticky-sweet finish.
