About this coffee
Grown by more than 50 producers in an isolated range of the central Andes and hand-sorted on each farm, then decaffeinated at Descafecol in Manizales with sugarcane ethyl acetate and mountain water (99.7% removed). Soft acidity and a long aftertaste.
